Shipping Information
Shipping times are estimated between 1-7 business days depending on your location:
1 – 3 days (Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro)
3 – 5 days (Brisbane Metro, VIC, NSW, SA)
3 – 5 days (TAS & QLD)
5 – 7 days (WA & NT)
Yes, we ship Australia wide! Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
You can add a 'special delivery instruction' for the courier driver on the cart page before checking out with your order.

Returns Information
Rotary Tools will offer you a credit note, exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. A proof of purchase must be valid, or a return request will be denied.
Exchange only on sale items.
We recommend you inspect all goods provided to you by Rotary Tools, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

Yes, you can return your order in-store. All item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase; and
The item/s must be returned in its original condition, that is, original seal packaging; manual and accessories included.
The item must not be broken or tampered with; and
A valid original invoice and/or proof of purchase must be presented.
Payment Information
Online purchases are made easily and secure using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) or PayPal.
Our current payment providers are Shopify Payments and/or eWAY.
Payments are verified and funds are taken from your account straight away. No messing about!
You will you receive a confirmation email from Rotary Tools with all of your order information.
You can also access this by clicking on 'My Account' and heading to 'My Orders'.

Enter the email address you used to sign up for your account and then click ‘Recover’.
We'll send an email containing a system generated password and instructions on how to reset your password.
